Faulty…returned. Still no update on refund or response from seller. Bought/returned in June. Wylera doesn’t want to refund on faulty item!!! And not responding when contacted the company directly. Think twice before ordering from them

Avoid. Product does not work properly. Seller would not accept returns as had been opened. How am I going to know it doesn't work if I haven't opened it. Avoid at all costs

I have poker straight hair but this product easily puts some curls/wave into it, and it is so easy

Horrific thing. Mine is faulty I think. Sucks in the hair and won’t release it so I have damaged my hair ripping it to get it out. Even worse - I complained and they keep insisting I try it again. No way. Avoid this at all costs
