KOH KOH Sleeve V-Neck Formal Fall Cocktail Evening Gown

This is a follow up to my earlier review.....The tag on the dress says to only use a cool iron on the reverse side. I had to hem the dress up about 4 inches and I did use an iron on a synthetic setting and I did iron on the outside instead of the inside so I could iron the seam nice and flat. It did fine, no problems with ironing the dress.The tag also says to hand wash in cold water. I washed it in the machine on a delicate setting in warm wash, cool rinse. Absolutely no problems with it.The tag says not to tumble dry, to lay it flat to dry in shape. I put the dress in the dryer on medium setting for about a half hour, it came out just fine. No weirdness to the shape.After washing and drying the dress, there was no fading of the color. No shrinking. It fits fairly well though on my 5 ft 4 inch height, it is a bit long even with 3 inch heels. So I'll either wear higher heels or hem it up about an inch or two.I also found that the waist line is a bit higher than what the model shows, but that's ok with me. We don't all have body shapes like the model! The black color is a good strong black. The material is light, I do wear a slip, but with the black, I don't think it would be too noticeable if you didn't wear a slip.I ordered it on July 9th. I did not get choose the quicky mail option, I chose to do the freebie mail and it got here in 10 days. It is coming from Thailand so getting here in 10 days with the freebie mail was a pleasant surprise. The expected arrival date was a month at the least, but as I said it came in much, much quicker.So overall, this dress is fantastic and well worth the price, which isn't too much in my opinion.I couldn't be happier with this dress.

I was hesitant to purchase this dress because shopping online can be a hit or miss, but I did purchase this dress and I am elated about it!!! I'm 5'8, my measurements are 44' 33' 44' the XL fit me like it was tailored for my body! Its loose in the right places, and hugs all the right places, I'm so pleased. My dress shipped in three days as promised, just in time for an evening out with my Husband! I loved this item SO much, that I ordered a second color in the off-white! I hope that it fits as magnificently as the navy colored dress! I highly recommend this seller and this item! Thank you KOH KOH :)******UPDATE JUNE 12, 2013******After a few months of obsessing over this dress, I wanted to give you all an update on how its holding up! First up people, my navy blue dress, is still very much magnificent in all its glory! I can wear this piece for any occasion! Dress it up, dress it down, its a hit! I will suggest not putting it in the dryer, and to try and hand wash it in cool water. Not because it shrinks or ruins, only to preserve the life of the garment. The off-white gown has an elegant ivory hue to it. Not white as shown. It's a tiny bit see through, but nonetheless still very pretty (nothing a slip cant fix, if you're into that sort of thing). I am so deeply in love with the draping of this garment, that I just HAD to get it in another color!...I ordered the Beige....(MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE BEAUTIFUL BEIGE DRESS, please)....This dress in the beige is oh so chic! being that it is a neutral, it can transition throughout the seasons!(fist bump). If you're looking for a maxi dress that is MULTI-purpose, this is it!...All in all, I am highly recommending this dress as well as the seller. I received all of my dresses promptly within 3 days...I promise you I'm going back for another color :)

I have this dress in red, navy, and white (which I bought most recently and am returning ... and which I don't see as a current option). I love this dress in the colors; however, the white is very see-through. In the non-see-through versions, this is a great combination of modest, stylish, and comfortable and I highly recommend it. The belt is cheap and silly, but it doesn't really need a belt. It has a slightly empire waist, the v-neck isn't too deep, and it is flattering in most places. I find that it runs slightly small, and the sleeves can be a tad snug if you get it too small. I usually wear a size 8 dress and I take a medium in this dress. The white ... it really is see-through. I bought it for an event at which I need to wear a white dress, and I was very hopeful, but no amount of slips will make this dress not be see-through. I even bought a long-sleeved t-shirt to try to make it work, but I was going to be too hot and also you could still see things under the dress that I did not want to be seen. If you wanted to get a spaghetti-strap slip that you intended to show through, then maybe that would work, but that would not be appropriate for my event (or really for any public event for me).
