This may be the one you are looking for.
“How hard can it be to find a thermal mug that isn’t fragile, can take a lid, and can also fit in the espresso machine” I asked as I angrily flipped through page after page of search results. This is it. This is literally the only option I’ve found that meets my criteria:- Sized for a double espresso- Has a lid- Not made of glass or other breakable materialsAnd you know what? Now that I’ve found it, it’s almost perfect. If I had to gripe, it’s that liquid can get trapped in the little slider that blocks the hole in the lid, but that hasn’t presented a real problem yet.No, the lid isn’t so tight you can just toss this in a bag and not worry about it. And I wasn’t looking for that - if you are, good luck, you may be best served by a tiny food thermos or similar, but it won’t fit directly into the espresso machine. It is, however, tight enough to keep stuff from splashing about if you are walking around the woods with a coffee, or to contain most of a mess if you sleepily knock it over. And it also happens to be perfectly shaped so that I get a coffeeshop-perfect looking espresso, with excellent crema - and it stays at a perfect temperature unless there’s just a tiny bit left, with no pre-heating required. This is so much less fuss and so much better at keeping temperature than any other traditional mug I have that is has become my go-to mug that replaces all others. And really, you only need as many of these as you have people drinking double espressos at once - one, in my household. Maybe a spare, but I doubt you’ll need one. (The longevity of the lid remains to be seen)Does it seems like a lot for a single espresso mug? Yes, but also no. Sure, you can get a set of borosilicate or similar mugs for about as much or less than one of these. It’s maybe a bit more than a larger double steel walled mug, but not disproportionately so. And what you get from is something that doesn’t exist in any other form, and more than worth the frustration saved by not cleaning up either spilled espresso or broken mugs.If you have been looking through tons of search results for things like “espresso thermos” or any other permutation of similar terms, this is probably what you are looking for, and you should probably save yourself further headache and just get one of these. It’s worth it.

Smallest insulated espresso travel cup WITH a lid. Works well.
This is the smallest, insulated espresso travel cup WITH a lid that I could find. Works well. Espresso certainly stays warmer than a traditional ceramic espresso cup. Max fits 3 shots.

Product work does advertised
Product worked as advertised, I use it with or for an espresso machine. The cups are bigger than expected, which in this case is a good thing for me! I very rarely get to say that in a review. I was expecting them to hold two servings, but they hold close to three with a little bit of milk or product enhancer of your choice. it keeps the espresso, warm, warm and secure. The sliding top works so so far nothing but good things to say about this product.

One Cup is unusable, smells like solvent.
Got package with TWO cups, as shown in pictures, cups are a great size and does a good job of keeping my espresso warm.Reason I gave TWO stars is because one of the cups smells like solvent or chemicals and is unusable, have contacted support and am waiting to see what happens. Both cups came in same wrap, so have to believe one cup was somehow exposed to something BEFORE it was shipped. The smell was VERY strong when I opened the one box.Support contacted: 5 Sept 2023.The other cup is great and no issues - However, think I should get to return the one smelly cup or simply get a replacement.

turns heads, but
the Coldest Insulated Espresso Cup is very sharp looking and solid feeling. It is a real head turner. The inside is easy to clean, but the lid is not. It does not keep the espresso hot for long; maybe 45 minutes, even with the slide closed. I like to sip on my espresso all morning. Also, the design of the inside of the lid makes it difficult to get the last 2 sips of espresso. basically, it works well enough, certainly better than a paper cup or open ceramic, so i'll keep it, but it needs some improvements. I'll buy another if i think those 2 things are improved.

Perfect for walks
I needed an espresso cup with a lid that I could take when walking my dog. I freaking struck gold here. This cup is the perfect size. The top seals PERFECTLY, if it's closed and the dog pulls me one way, it NEVER leaks. When I'm done, I attach it to my Niteize S-biner carabinar. No leaks there. I'll probably put some gaffer on the carabiner so it doesn't scratch the handle.
