I have difficulty swallowing large pill. What size are the capsules?

Hey Rick the fish oil softgels are a little over 1 inch long and they are a little over 1 cm wide. My husband has the same problem u have as far as swallowing large pills, but he is able 2 get this down. U may want 2 try the fish oil sofgels at CVS they have the half the size and they are a little over 1 cm long and they are 1 cm wide much smaller and they are 1000 mg per serving and 1 is a serving size. Hope this helps

I can’t say if it’s cold pressed. That’s more a question for the manufacturer. I can tell you that my Triglycerides have improved immensely since taking this product.
