I like the flavor and the consistency even though it gives me hurt burns it has a great taste.

good flavor, calories, no complaints its what i wanted. gu is on the thicker side of gel viscosities but as long as youre not cotton mount trying to down 3 packs at once youll be fine with a sip of water. never tried the flavor before but i like it although i am biased towards anything raspberry for the most part. worth mentioning the gu liquid lemonade is so dam good on a hot summer day too when you dont want a thicker gel consistency. 10/10 for gu 9/10 for what i prefer in a gel

This has to be the best flavor from all GU gels I’ve tasted but the consistency is very overpowering. If you’re a mouth breather it’s very difficult to pass these through without assistance of water.In cold weather it’s not very viscous but overall it’s better value over the other name brand gels.
