This is one of the softest serums I have used. It is soooo lovely. My skin looked much brighter. I use my kheils moisturiser on top and my makeup sat on top of these products so nicely together. I notice a difference in the brightness of my skin when I don’t use this product.

The Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging serum comes in a very attractive packaging that is easy to use and I have to agree with another Reviewer the instruction booklet is in very tiny writing ! The application of the serum was easily done and I found it very soothing and relaxing,I have always kept my skin moisturised well and avoid letting my skin dry out so without sounding immodest have good skin as a result. I did find the serum relaxing on my face but not overpowering,you do feel pampered by this product and I know there have been some moans about the price but if you like it and find it does the job of helping the effects of aging why not treat yourself,I personally love it!

I have skin which tends towards being dry and sensitive. I'm pleased to say that I didn't have any reaction to the product and have been able to use it with no problems. I used the dropper bottle to squeeze 1-2 drops onto my finger and applied it to clean skin. It smelled okay, reasonably pleasant and absorbed easily into my skin. It has made my skin feel smoother and softer but I wouldn't say I have noticed a change in the appearance of fine lines, or feel like my skin has been "lifted". I do have some issues with the way the product is packaged. My eyesight is not terrible I don't wear glasses except when my eyes are tired, but I could not read the instructions that came with the product. And the instructions / information on the outside of the canister - black font on silver metal - is also incredibly difficult to read. I went to the website in the end to double check I was using the correct amount. There is too much packaging. The dropper bottle sits inside a huge canister. I'm presuming this is to prevent the dropper bottle being exposed to light, which may degrade the serum. However, I don't think it's necessary for the outer canister to be so big (if this is the case). Once I've finished with the product I'm giving the canister to my daughter so she can use it to put pencils in (but she only needs so many pencil pots). Depending whether you are using this once or twice a day you'll probably finish a bottle every month / month and a half, that's maybe 10 or 12 of these canisters a year going to landfill. There is nothing I can find that says the packaging can be recycled - the interconnected arrows on the canister mean the company has donated money towards the recycling of packaging somewhere in the world, they don't mean that the packaging is suitable for recycling. I'm slightly dubious that you will be able to get all of the product out of the dropper bottle. At the current price of £170 for 30ml, I want to be able to use all of the product. If there is 1ml of product left in the bottle that you can't use, that's well over £5 worth of serum. Overall - serum left my skin feeling nice, but it is expensive and there are packaging issues.

I was asked if I’d like to review Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-aging Advanced Daily Repair Serum 30ml and I said yes. I wanted to try this to see if it would work any better than the usual skin treatment I use. With having a long term illness and being on a lot of medication, it’s taken a toll on my skin and makes me look a lot older then I am. With suffering from many allergies, I always do a 24 hours skin patch test. Thankfully there was no reaction. :-) When this arrives, you’ll see it arrives in an impressive container, I was really surprised when I saw it, (a little over the top package wise, surely a simple cardboard box would be far better, especially in this day where we need to cut down on packing). When you take the lid off the container you’ll find a leaflet, (I’d to use a magnifying glass to read it as the writing was that small), and you’ll find the serum in a silver container with a yellow top dropper. The container holds 30ml, (1 FL OZ). The serum is yellow in colour and does have a slight smell, which thankfully disappears quickly. Directions for use are:- Use both morning and night. You can apply straight onto a cleansed face, on to a cotton wool pad or on the palm of your hands. Then massage into the face until all has been absorbed into your skin. I applied the serum using the dropper straight on my cleansed face. Whilst massaging this into my skin I could feel a slight tingle. Within 5 minutes of applying this I got quite a shock, I could actually see the bags under my eyes disappearing, as my skin was plumping up and the fine lines were also beginning to look a lot less. I’ve never actually seen something like this happen before. Therefore, I was surprised to see this happening before my eyes. I’ve been using this twice daily as directed for over a month now and wow what a difference it’s made to my skin and the way I look. I can’t believe that it’s actually worked the way it has. I know it’s expensive, (at the time of writing my review it’s £170), so it’s an acquired purchase. Personally, I’m so amazed at these results as it’s made me look both better health wise and it’s made me look a lot younger. From my own experience, I can recommend this item.
