A highly adjustable chair
For about 6 years I've been using a basic gaming chair as an office chair, which was a budget model but was quite comfy.I decided to upgrade and get myself something more suited to office use, as opposed to gaming, as I don't game in my home office.I chose this as it had many features that would make it suited to me, such as all of the adjustability options. This is my first mesh chair and I was pleasantly surprised at how stretchy the mesh is, it was never going to be as soft as a sponge chair, but it's actually very springy, which feels comfortable to me.The item was packaged very well, there was little chance of anything being damaged in transit. The instructions for the most part where easy to follow, I built this in about 20 minutes, by myself. The step where you add the mechanism to the seat could have been clearer, there appears to be some room for adjustment, as there were seemingly 3 places it could have fitted and there was no explanation about which set of holes to choose over the others. I chose the middle set, I'm not sure what the difference would be if I'd chose another set.I've given it 4 stars, but may change to 5 later. At the moment, my only gripe is the angle of the back seems to tilt away a little too much. My previous chair was almost straight, I could feel my whole back against the backrest, when seated straight. With this, I find myself leaning away from the backrest a little, so I don't get any support on my upper back.To be honest, I'm not sure if this is a Me thing or not, I don't know if I've been seated with bad posture for 6 years or not. Maybe those other holes in the base will make a difference, by bringing it forward a little more? Or maybe I just need to learn to sit back a little more?I've had it less than a week, so as time passes, maybe I'll figure that out or maybe I'll just learn to sit back, who knows?Overall, it's a very good chair, I'm impressed with it and it has a really good build quality and feel to it.

Excellent for Work
I've since decided that I need a new chair for my home office. I did my homework and shortlisted three best chairs I could buy. Herman Miller Aeron, Steelcase Leap V1/V2, or this Realm of Thrones Commodore. I finally concluded that this gives the best value for money overall, considering the incomparable price range. I ordered this and it didn't disappoint me. The sized is decent, headrest position is spot-on, and mesh is comfortable to sit and lay back in, not to talk of the gorgeous stylish look. This has got all the ergonomic adjustment functions I need. Seat depth is adjustable, but tilt is not. Arms are 4D with this version, if you need 5D, you'll need to buy the Insignia. Finally, the customer service is excellent, as I needed a replacement part which was sent to me without hesitation. I'm happy they're this professional and value customer requests. All in all, you won't regret buying this for office work. Only time will tell how long it'll last.

Not a bad chair despite getting a refund
The headrest while a bit flimsy was quite comfortable and the back was great. I really liked the lumbar adjustment. I also loved the built-in footrests on the chair base, I wish more chairs had this. The only reason I returned it was the seat, it just wasn't comfortable for me. If you've never tried a full mesh chair, like me, I would advise you to try one before buying this. I've found a seat with a cushion much better for me.Thankfully the return/refund process was great. Communication with seller was prompt and they even send you instructions on how to dismantle the chair. They do however charge you for the return postage, so bear that in mind.FYI I'm a 6ft 1in male around 85KG and I was easily able to adjust it to fit my body.

First impressions - An excellent chair!
I purchased this chair for home working following an Occupational Health referral for back pain/sciatica.Delivery was expected 12/05/2022 but it actually arrived early on 10/05/2022 which was great. It was packaged very well, double boxed as described, and all the parts were individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The back rest and seat of the chair were packaged in a sort of heavy duty fabric envelope thing to protect them. Nothing was damaged.I was surprised by the actual build quality of all the pieces, all parts are solid and sturdy with a good weight to them, including the screws. These come packaged in their own sections, with spares. They even included a screwdriver for attaching the headrest, rather than rely on you already having one, which is a nice bonus! (see photos). Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Reading other reviews I expected to have it built within 20 minutes but it took me around 45 minutes - my back is to blame for this, the chair is easy enough to put together. So first impressions - it looks great and it's really comfortable, more so than the chair I use in the office. The mesh is really supportive and I've sat in it so far for around 5 hours each day. All of the adjustable parts work well and stay in place, particularly the arm rests. Often on chairs with 3D arm rests it's easy to knock them out of position by mistake but these stay in place firmly. The lumbar support is excellent as is being able to tune the resistance of how far the chair leans back without locking the backrest in place. I built the chair in a carpeted room and wheeled it into my office when built which has a wood floor, the wheels glided over both the carpet and floor with ease. It makes no noise when sat in and moving about, no annoying squeaks or creaks. The only gripe I have with the chair is that I wish the back rest could have a more upright position, it feels as though it is reclined ever so slightly - I have since realised that when assembling the base there are 3 depth options to screw the base and seat to. I have used the middle option so I think if I chose the option to have the base further in it will bring the back rest closer which should rectify the issue.Overall I am extremely happy with the chair, it has surpassed my expectations. I will update this review in 6 months or so (if I remember) to see if my opinion changes after more use.

I have had for a while & generally It has performed well. If I have one complaint it would be the headrest does not hold its position hight-wise
