Whisk Wiper PRO for Tilt Head Stand Mixers (For Tilt-Head Mixers, Violet)

I am a professional baker. This product is a life saver! I try to save money when I can and refuse to cut corners on my ingredients. This product not only helps with cleanup it saves money on products as well. I never realized how much I was wasting away until I purchased this product. You will LOVE this, I do, and the customer service is unmeasurable!

I like the thought of being able to clean off the whisk to the KitchenAid, which always seems to collect lot of gradients. However, the cleaner was very difficult to get onto the whisk as you have to line up the wires, exactly, stand on its head, and hope, the wires go in the right place the first time. It took me far too long to get the cleaner on the beaters. I'm not looking forward to having to take it off and put it on again. The concept is good and well, but assembling it is very difficult. Arthritic fingers be warned it's not for you. After vendor saw my review I was contacted and they offered to send me another one as I had returned it. I thought that was very fair and agreed to try again after sending a photo of the KitchenAid I own. Not only did he send me another whisk wiper with instructions, they also sent me a brand new whisk for my KitchenAid and I discovered the original must have arrived bent and out of shape. It was fairly easy to put the whisper on the whisk they supplied and I was stunned to receive such excellent customer service and care. This is really a terrific little useful gadget that I will get a lot of use from and pleasure. I am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the service of this company that obviously cares a lot about its product. Buy it!

Surprised, another great idea ruined by cheap manufacturing and pathetically low quality materials.Purchased 2 of these: first one was stolen before i got a chance to use it, replacement broke first time trying to slip it onto a whiskhead, and have only been offered partial refund.my advice: there's a *FREE* stl file online to 3d print this. Your neighborhood nerd should be able to print one of these up for you for under 10 bucks in materials & time.

Love it wonderful

Does not fit my Kitchen Aid Stand mixer whisk. I will be returning.Update: after returning the product, the company reached out to me. They offered to send me a brand new whisk. They suggested that my whisk may be out of shape or not lined up correctly. I was impressed that they were willing to go to such a length to make my purchase work. Great customer service. Originally, I gave the product three stars but I am changing to 4 because of the customer service.

This is an update to my previous review.Previously, I stated that the only thing wrong was that the product did not fit the stand mixer. The seller reached out and offered this same product, but at a larger size. This was a great solution and showed great customer service. The product works wonderfully and I was happy to resolve the size issue.
