Q: Does this mask have a clip to attach to the cressi snorkel?

I think the clip is on the snorkel.

Q: Is this mask built for deep scuba diving? When water flooded in, easy to clean water out? Anti fog?

It’s primarily designed and intended for snorkelling, but many users also find it’s fine for SCUBA as well. But it’s a high volume mask with a very soft and deep frameless skirt, so I personally wouldn’t trust this for deeper dives. I’ve personally learned not to trust it at all for my deeper freedives as it tends to collapse and leak. It’s an excellent mask and fits most faces with a good seal. But if your primary interest is SCUBA (or deeper freediving) then buy another mask. Unusually for a Cressi, I’ve also found that the silicone used for this model significantly hardens after a year or two of usage. When that happens it no longer seals well. Normally I’d expect at least double that lifespan.
