Received item on 17 September 2025. Best by date was 11 May 2025. Just saw a review from someone else that had received old items as well. EDIT on 10 Nov 25. Changed rating to a 5. After seller saw the issue I had with the product's date they contacted me and provided a replacement. They were very concerned that a customer was not satisfied, and I feel went above and beyond to ensure that they had a completely satisfied customer. They were very pleasant in all my correspondence with them. As for the product, now that I have had a chance to try it I am even more satisfied with the transaction. It is not easy finding a kosher vegan option for oyster sauce and was unable to find any other brand or location to purchase this product. The taste is also very good (always a plus). All in all I would purchase this again from this seller.

Absolutely love this stuff. My husband and I both have to watch our sodium and it makes Asian cooking difficult but this is a game changer. Taste is great, I use it as an ingredient in different sauce recipes but also sometimes just drizzle it on broccoli directly and it's great.

OK so in order to be fair, this oyster sauce can not, and should not, be compared to sauces like Maekrua Thai oyster, because it is vegetarian, so I'm comparing it to Wan Ja Shan vegetarian. It is AMAZING. deep,rich umami flavor, not NEARLY as terrifyingly salty as others, vegetarian or traditional, squeeze bottle a bug plus in the ease of use department, works for cooking AND as a condiment, so, to sum things up, an amazing find that i will return tovagain and again because i believeva good cook should have this sauce sitting on the counter right next to my beloved Maekrua, which ive been buying here for years. They are both wobderful, and this one jyst brought new life into my kitchen!!! And you CAN'T beat the price! Let's hope it STAYS that way!!!

Honest review here...If you're like me and loved oyster sauce before going vegan , trust me you will love this. It has it all , the flavor, the umami , the savoring , the sweetness, the consistency and if your like me who eats with your eyes first then you'll appreciate the color as well because it makes all Asian dishes that requires oyster sauce taste and look exactly the way you are trying to achieve. Extremely versatile, size portion is amazing, the price for two can't be beat and the squeeze bottle makes cooking with it much simpler . I will absolutely be a recurring customer. I love this sauce
