I bought this cat tent to put on the bow of my sailboat when we're at anchor for my two Maine Coons. The gray boy weighs 23 lb and the black girl is 13 lb. The XL tent is big and sturdy enough for both of them. It's very well made and easy to assemble and take down. It fits easily into the bag. It came with tent stakes and two canopies, one green and one black. The canopy is elevated above the top of the tent to provide shade and allow heat to escape. The platforms are firmly attached to the tent and the wood panels you insert make it bow into a comfy bed. I will probably tighten the front edge to make it a little more sturdy for my hefty kitties. But the tent frame holds their weight. I'm very satisfied with the size, quality and ease of use of this cat tent.

This is a great product! I would recommend! However we are returning ours in exchange for the smaller pup tent. I love how large this tent is and it will definitely work for cats of all sizes. The holes for the tunnels are big enough that a human can fit through them so they’re not so small that your cat will have trouble running around. I think the tunnel additions would be a great investment! The problem our cat had is the sturdiness of the 2 platforms. They do sag a bit like a hammock (I mean what can you expect out of a tent) and I think if your cat is a climber and very energetic they will have no problem. Our timid guy, who would prefer hiding under things rather than climbing things, was not a fan. It also really needs to be staked into the ground so it won’t shake when your cat is in the top level, if you’re going to use it indoors I think you would need to find another way to stabilize it so it doesn’t fall over. I didn’t find it hard to set up at all and I was able to do it before I even found the directions. There are directions that come with the product but they’re not super detailed. I don’t find the product to be cheaply made like some of the other reviewers. Keep in mind that it’s a tent so it has the same durability as a camping tent. It’s not intended to be outside 24/7 as a permanent solution/catio. If that’s what you’re looking for I would probably choose a different product. Overall it’s worth a try and each cat is different. So if your cat likes it I think it’s worth it! But since our cat didn’t really like it I can’t justify spending $135 on something he just sits in the bottom of, so we are returning at no fault to the actual product.

I love the quality, the thought put into the design, the strong metal zippers, and the sturdy tunnels that hold their shape. My cats love the mesh floors where they can experience the wonders of grass. The two shelves are a great idea and will work for smaller cats. I took a chance and bought it even though my one cat is 25 lbs. I have ywo Maine Coons. They are not able to sit or lay on the shelves. The shelves sag too much under their weigh and they slide off. I am looking for a solution. For now the shelves hold extra toys. I've connected this tent to another tent system made by a different vendor. However, I recommend using the same vendor so that the tunnels can zip together. Large safety pins are my go-to solution since I didn't consider this when buying the second tent.

My cat does not like the tiers in the tent. I think it is because they are not sturdy enough for her liking so she shies away from using them. I did purchase the extension tunnel and cube, which she does use and like and she will hang out on the bottom part of the tent. As for the tent itself, it is sturdy and easy to assemble/disassemble by myself. It is also convenient that everything zippers together. I just wish my cat appreciated it more.

It basically sets itself up. We got it as a play pen for socializing work with fostercats - if you are looking for socializing info/help, check out socializationsaveslives dot com - and it works perfectly! In that method, you do get in the play pen with the cat, and I like this because not only can you put a hidey hold inside, there's a barrier, so the cat can go where it feels safe. The tent is enormous!!! So it doesn't feel all the confined. The little circles to get in/out of the tent were super appealing to the cats. They aren't big enough if you're a bigger human so if you're using it for the same purpose we were, keep that in mind. We like that the entire thing is see-through so we could play with the feather wand while the cat was inside and that was a lot of fun for everyone.

While I appreciate the design which makes it very easy to put up and take down. That in itself is pretty solid. However due to the height, its very rickety. I have this on the grass but even if it was a hard surface, it just is not stable enough for cats to be jumping up and down all day. These “shelves” are soft, which is awkward for cat to jump on. the panels you put in them, feel like cardboard. Seems overpriced for what it is. I think it would serve fine as a temporary enclosure for smaller cats. Think I am sticking with more solid catio options.

This is a great product to allow your cat to go outside while staying safe. Sets up quickly. The rain cover is a nice extra to protect your pet from the sun, as is the storage bag to keep it in when not being used to protect it. Large openings are helpful with getting your pet in and out. The mesh screen divider with the holes is not really necessary, but since it doesn't distract, it's fine. Good price for the features it has.

The tent is sturdy & well built. My cats used this everyday for 3 months. The mesh is strong & the tent has lots of space. I have 2 adult cats & they shared It well. I also purchased the tunnels & do not regret it at all. When I took the tent down I had trouble collapsing the legs as they were stuck. I contacted the company who very cordially walked through the process to get them unstuck. A little metal lubricant & all fixed. They also gave my cats a free tunnel for my troubles. I highly recommend this product & the company for their ideal customer service. 2 happy cats!

Die Katzen haben den Turm sofort mit Freude angenommen. Werden noch einen Weiteren bestellen. Ein Mix von Tunneln, Zelten und Türmen ist eine wahre Alternative, damit Wohnungskatzen einen geschützten Auslauf haben. Des Weiteren werden sie von Tierhassern geschützt. Auch uns hat man schon Giftköder (Fisch mit Rattengift) in den Garten geworfen.

I bought a similar catio last year, and it was so difficult to put together, that I finally gave up, and gave it away. I'm really impressed with this catio, because of its ease of putting it up, and because my cats love it!!! At first, I didn't think that they'd ever be able to lay on the different levels, because the levels look flimsy, but even my huge guy gets to the top level, and sleeps there. I absolutely love this product!!!

Das Aussengehege für die Katzen ist perfekt um Hauskatzen auch mal in den Garten zu lassen. Die grösse reicht zwar nicht aus, dass sie viel drin spielen können aber zum relaxen in der Sonne völlig ausreichend. Bei Bedarf kann das Gehege auch noch mit einem Tunnel erweitert werden. Das Gehege wirkt robust, hält durch die Erdanker jedem Wind stand und sieht auch Optisch im Garten nicht schlecht aus.
