Have yet to use but they look great

I actually found it a little too small and the handles are a little long and difficult to handle. As i needed it for indoor use, possibly a more compact one with a slightly larger toasting area would be much better. This is model is possibly more suitable to an outdoor fire.

Just what we wanted.

I am used to the Jaffle Iron which is a bigger pie, not so heavy and with a shorter handle. This feels unwieldy. It also has a smooth inner lining, wheras the ridged lining of a Jaffle Iron produces a crisper toasting.

Slightly smaller than the square version, this is a solid cast-iron pie iron. Since it’s smaller than a standard slice of bread, it seals the bread around the sandwich filling. It’s the perfect size for kids, or for making a smaller snack sandwich.

Nach langer Überlegung habe ich mich entschlossen dieses Pie Iron zu bestellen. Ich wollte ein rundes, da ich es witzig finde auch mal runde Sandwiches zu machen. Aber Leute aufgepasst das Teil ist WINZIG! Der Innendurchmesser der beiden Hälften hat gerade mal 9,5cm am oberen Rand, nach unten verjüngt es sich bis auf knapp 9cm. Meine Sandwich Toastscheiben sind 11 x 11cm. Aus der Beschreibung oben, ist das nicht ersichtlich! Es kommt allerdings mit Rezepten. Die Qualität scheint gut zu sein. Ich werde es nicht testen sondern so wieder zurück schicken

Es ligeramente complicado cuando se usa en la cocina y no en el campamento con fuego vivo. Pero funciona. Hay que aprender
