Game Changer
I HIGHLY recommend this unit, it has become a total game changer for me. I only have to cook for 2 now, so for us it is awesome. When my toaster oven died, I searched for a replacement. I had no idea that an 11-1 air fryer oven like this was even possible. It does it all, taking the place of several other products and is quite compact, less space than my old toaster oven, and it includes all the attachments and trays. Air fryer (with a round rotating mesh basket attachment for even cooking), bake, roast, broil, toast, dehydrate, pizza, reheat, proof dough, rotisserie (with attachment). There is a small learning curve to operating the unit, but I am older and technologically challenged. I AM IN LOVE WITH THE ROTISSERIE function and that is what initially drew me to this particular unit, the spindle type attachment. Took me a few minutes the first time I used it realize there is a button to push for rotisserie cooking to make it turn. My only complaint is that the rotisserie attachment is a bit hard to work with when loading a chicken on it, is a bit awkward to get inserted in the oven. Also, I am struggling to learn how to truss up the hen. The manual states that the chicken has to be less than 4 pounds, follow that direction in order to get a chicken that will turn properly, which is a bit difficult to find in my community, but my local grocery store meat department worker was awesome helping me find some. I have used it twice to make rotisserie chicken, found copy cat recipe for Costco Rotisserie Chicken online and printed it off. The second time I found "Beer Butt Chicken Seasoning" that tasted so good. I will make this often. It toasted slices of bread well too. It directs you to use only 2 slices, but depending on the type of bread, you might can get more. It is not dishwasher recommended for the attachments and trays, but trust me, it cleaned like dream. As I said earlier in this review, I would highly recommend this unit, especially if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, or have limited counter space.

Great all-in-one air fryer—almost perfect!
I’ve been loving this COSORI 11-in-1 Air Fryer Oven! It’s super convenient and easy to use. I can cook two different foods at once—like chicken and potatoes—which makes meal prep so much faster. Everything comes out crispy and delicious without needing a ton of oil. The only thing I wish is that it were a bit bigger, but for the size, it still fits a lot. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen!

Good product but poor inspection
Bought this item as a like new, box damaged. The box looked ok except for a small place that had been punched out with a similar spot on the inside packing styrofoam. The oven looked like new, it and its accessories were nicely packaged. I set it up and noticed a bit of something on the inside top but figured it was something that happened during a testing process or something. Wiped it thoroughly and promptly baked some biscuits. They came out perfect. Next day, baked a cake. Came out perfect. A few days later, tried the air fry on some potatoes. Within minutes the entire house smelled like poorly seasoned rotisserie chicken from a grocery store. Took the rest of the day to air the house out.The oven indeed had been used and has grease and/or sauce splattered and stuck....really well stuck....on the top under the broiler elements, near the convection fan opening and the light bulb cover. It appears that someone tried the oven out and returned it. They did a fair job of cleaning and repacking it, but the residue is there for me to deal with. It was either missed during Amazon's inspection or it might have been sent back to the mfg. where someone else missed a deep cleaning. I can see how it was overlooked being in hard to see places. Since I've now baked several items in the oven along with one attempt at air frying it's now more used than ever and I should have taken my usual route of a close inspection rather than rushing to use it. I wouldn't feel right about trying to return it. I'm stuck with a 'new' used oven that I have to deep clean.I've taken a star away due to the fact I received either a used or not quite fully refurbished item dirty and missing the rotisserie handle. All that aside, the oven hasn't balked at anything I've baked in it from biscuits, to cakes and air fried wedge potatoes. The controls are easy to use, the preheat is ok. The convection fan is noisy but that is sometimes corrected by putting something under a foot to level it. The instruction booklet states to not sit it on non heat resistant countertops, yet it doesn't seem to generate much heat from the bottom. I sit it on a towel or a couple of baking pans to raise it off the countertop for good measure. The most heat comes from the sides, front, top and of course when you open the door after using it. I've only had it a week, but have come to appreciate how well it bakes. If I can only get rid of that smell.....

Air Fryer Et Al
Cosori is a great company with even greater products. I use their 13 liter air fryer that has an excellent rotisserie to roast green coffee beans sourced from Amazon. This air fryer has a 450 degree F. air fry cycle that operates with the rotisserie function. There are few air fryers that have this capability; Cosori handles this cycle with ease & the result is an outstanding medium dark roasted coffee bean. Every bean of the one pound load is of consistent color and flavor. While my primary use is coffee roasting, I cook chicken, turkey, beef roasts, pickles, etc. using the Sous Vide setting & get great results. The dehydrate cycle makes marvelous apple, banana chips & chicken jerky for Lucy, my 13 year old dog. There is a good reason Cosori is No. 1 in air fryer equipment. I have two Cosori Air Fryers & I highly recommend the Cosori products for Quality, Performance & Value.
