I love Julia Cameron and once again she does not disappoint. Yes, if you have followed her previous Artist's Way books there is repetition because if certain things work- eg morning pages, artist's date etc - then they work! Yet there is plenty of new included with the focus on retirement and sometimes having too much rather than too little time. There is lot to inspire us to creatively make the most of our days. Wonderful, did not know quite how this book would be helpful but was interested having read The Artist Way years ago. I found Julia's insightful writing incredibly wise and comforting as I come to acceptance of being in my 60's and no longer working.

A really excellent book. It will probably take some time for me to get through it, as it is a workbook, but well worth it. Brilliant.

This is superb. I'm familiar with her work so didn't imagine there would be such a mass of helpful advice. It's a great buy

purchased by mistake

I did this course with a group of friends and we were disappointed that she is still peddling the same old issues. She's just added more stuff to do, which made it way too overloaded for many of us. Needs updating and tweaking for the UK market, we were far too cynical to take much of the WO HO stuff seriously
