This is such a great product, they taste fruity, but are not too sweet, just two a day and my joints feel like they are ready for the day. Got to keep them bones well oiled and this does the job. Just chew them, or suck them, whatever Ur preference, and off U go!!

I love that vitamins and minerals now come in Gummy format as it is so much more easier not having to get a dribk of water first to take, you can just pop one or in this case two into your mouth and carry on about your day. The taste is lovely, a nice refreshing Berry flavour with no chemical aftertaste noticed. Containing 100mg of Hyaluronic Acid per Gummy, these soft, juicy rounds are a brilliant way of getting the active ingredient into your system in order for it to start work adding moisture and suppleness to your skin and joints. With a 1 month supply contained in each bottle, these Gummies are excellent value for money.

These are peachy-pink coloured circular gummies, each of a good size and texture to make them satisfying to chew on like sweets (but of course they’re not sweets and are only for adults, so only take as directed). They’re just the right firmness so they’re chewy but not too firm and they last a little while if you suck them. The flavour is mixed beery, so they’re sweet and fruity but not overpoweringly so. I really like the taste and I think it gets better the more I take them. I’ve got into a good routine of having two each evening, taking them as little snacks while doing housework. I can’t always take tablets and have absorption issues with some things due a stoma, so I always opt for gummies where possible. These are definitely ones that I find really pleasant to take. Hyaluronic Acid is a buzz word in skincare these days but it’s perhaps not as common yet for supplements. HA is a natural substance in the body (ie. In epithelial/neural/connective tissues) and is often used as a facial product, like a serum, or supplement. The key benefit is supposed to be in terms of moisturising, plumping and reducing lines by boosting skin’s elasticity. While supporting skin health is a definite positive for me, HA supplements are thought to be helpful for other things too, like relieving dry eyes, reducing joint pain, and preserving bone strength. You get 60 in the tub, so if you take the full dose of two per day then it’s a month’s supply. Each serving (x2 gummies) contains 100mg of hyaluronic acid. As per the brand, their product “encourages optimal absorption and effectiveness”, while it’s also vegan, naturally formulated and with no preservatives/lactose/artificial colours or flavours, which is all good to know. I’d never heard of Known Nutrition but the products are “lab-tested and manufactured in compliance with high GMP standards”. It makes me feel like the product is good quality and simple: just all the good natural stuff, with a focus on being healthy and effective. The price seems a tad steep for just a month of gummies in a bottle, but it’s not a basic vitamin like Vit C so it’s going to be a bit more costly. I’ve found it hard to come by HA gummies, and actually when compared to what is out there, this seems to be a good strength and actually a reasonable or average price. I tried to see online how long it takes to notice benefits from HA supplements as most products take a good while, and it sounds like around 3 months to see effects on the skin. I’d like to see a larger version of this tub available if it could save a little money, but I’d still be happy to buy on a monthly basis for now. I want to keep going for a few months and see what happens as I love taking the gummies and would very much like to see if they can help my skin. Any other potential benefits would be a bonus. All in all, very pleased with these tasty HA supplements!

Alles super! Kann man sogar gut dosieren wenn man einen Drop einfach in die Hälfte schneidet. Der Preis ist sehr akzeptabel für die Menge.
