Fabulous ladder - easy to put up and collapse and just as simple to put away 🪜
I wasn't sure what to expect from a telescopic ladder but I needed something to help me get into my loft and decided on this TECKNET Telescopic 2.6m Ladder with Stabilizer Bar & Detachable Hooks, after reading other reviews.I was looking for a ladder which takes up less storage space and this is perfect. It's definitely a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. Easy to extend and collapse and it also happens to be the perfect height for access to my loft.I would highly recommend it if like me your storage space is minimal.

Great product
This is an ideal item to have especially if short of storage space. When fully closed it easily fits inside a hall cupboard.I bought this to access the attic with ease and this certainly does the job.I like that you do not have to fully extend this to use it and can adjust extend it to the height you need. I was debating between the 3.2 or 3.8 m and eventually chose the 3.8 because you did not have to fully extend. It does advise not to stand on the top 3 rungs, so it is worth getting a slightly longer one.The hooks easily clip in and out and manoeuvre themselves out of the way if leant against a flat surface.I was surprised at how sturdy these were and although not too bad to carry, were heavier than expected. This to me was a good thing.I also liked this particular product because there is a bar across the bottom of the feet, which I feel is a safer option. The bottom feet have good grippers on and didn't slip on the wooden floor when I used to access the attic. You MUST remember when retracting the rungs to click one side first then the other keeping your fingers out of the way as they do drop down quite quickly. Each rung has to be retracted individually and gets easier to manage safely with practice.I am very pleased with this item and the speed they arrived.I am so glad I came across these as they have made a few tasks so much easier to manage than it would have with traditional ladders.Highly recommend to have a set of these ladders as they are so easy to store and move about.

Great!
Fantastic, says it's a ladder and performs as a ladder. Did the job. And it collapses nicely for perfect storage. Couldn't ask for more. Easy to use, and not very heavy. Felt safe on it, and gave us access to the loft, very sturdy.

Oh wow! Genuinely excellent ladders
So I was a bit concerned that these ladders would not be sturdy and strong, but they are. Despite being lower cost than other ladders on the market, I feel these are really high quality. I'm an experienced DIYer and I was using these ladders on my stairs to fit a new cupboard. I was using power tools, as well as up and down the ladder many times over the weekend. Absolutely brilliant. When you're at height, there is a little wobble, but just make sure you have the ladder the right distance from the wall. 4:1 rule completely applies.I really love that each step locks into place, this gave me confident the steps would lock. Unlike other versions where it's a single lock for all steps. The one down side - make sure your fingers are clear of the steps when collapsing. You'll only make this mistake once! The warning label is there for a reason. I was aware how quickly the steps fall when you unlock them, so I was completely ok with this for my purchase. I just got it wrong once! These ladders are VERY easy to maneuvre as you simply collapse them down. MUCH easier than a conventional ladder. It packs down to around 90cm which is very easy to carry and store too. I wouldn't say this ladder is light, but I didn't want light, I wanted it strong. But it's easy to carry.Something to note is the width of the stabliser bar... I checked and made sure it would fit on my stairs which are 86cm wide. Other (more expensive) ladders are typically 90cm+ so wouldn't fit on many domestic stairs. The stabiliser is worth using, so check it fits into the space you'll use.In short, it is an excellent set of ladders and I'm really chuffed I got them.

Excellent
Very impressed with the quality of these ladders. It was far more sturdier and robustly built than I imagined. This of course does come at a price which is the weight. They are quite heavy, heavier than I would have believed but I can accept this considering how well built they are. The mechanism for extending and collapsing the ladder works very well, though be careful when collapsing, minding fingers when doing this to avoid possible injury. The main reason for purchasing this ladder was due to storing such an item in confined areas and being able to transport it around with ease like in a boot of a small car for instance. When using the ladder fully extended, there is a little bit of flexing going on but nothing to cause concern about. The stability bar at the bottom ensures all is safe as does the secure grip on the feet.It was shipped very well packaged and turned up safely with no damage or marks to the item. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Good quality ladder
Good quality ladder at a decent price. Please move your fingers out the way when closing as it will hurt when the treads come rushing down on your hand..

Rather flimsy
Despite the sales pitch for this product you'll find this an extremely thin and lightweight ladder. I'm 213lb (96kg) and this ladder, extended to all but three rungs bends like a banana so I'm sure glad I'm no where near 150kg as I'd be too frightened to set foot upon it. Something else to consider Is that the video shows you how to save getting your fingers smashed to bits which you must adhere to as the rungs will come down fast when you collapse the ladder.
