Liquid Melts Day

Works but takes time. I have been taking these melts for a v long time, every night. Mostly, i am off to sleep right away but i need 2 @ a time. Sometimes it's 2 hrs & 2 extra before they work but that's not often & their reaction for you may be entirely different. They have a slight orangey taste. Sleep well.

I can highly recommend this! It works wonders for my son who always struggled to fall asleep and wind down at bed time. Now we give it to him 10 minutes before bed time and by the time we are done reading a story, he says goodnight and then falls asleep. He was an anxious boy at bed time and we tried everything, he would get up alot throughout the night. Now he goes back to sleep himself if he wake up during the night and he wakes up happy and not tired because he had a good night's rest. He is 7 and after reading that it was safe for the whole family, we Decided to give it a try and we are so thankful we did.

I can’t take medication for sleeping, so as my sleep pattern was horrendous, hour here 2 hours there, feeling like a zombie throughout the day, thought I’d give this a go, I took one little goblet tablet an hour before bed, it’s seconds and they dissolve in your mouth, not an unpleasant taste, is quickly gone after some water or juice. I felt quite relaxed after an hour, drifted off to sleep no problem, stayed in bed all night didn’t flinch my partner said. Must admit was abit hard to get going next morning so made sure I drank lots of water. I did a little experiment, took for 2 nights and slept, 3rd night I didn’t take so ended up awake at 3am, so obviously do work, took for several nights and got back into a patter, havnt taken for 3 nights and pattern of sleep is working, so a lot to be said for me anyway for that little globule

Recommended if you are wanting to get a good night's sleep fresh next morning taste is spot on melt on the tongue

I bought these Remedy Night Liquid Casules that melt in your mouth to help u have a better nights sleep. I didn’t find them very helpful & they weren’t very affective!

Love these. They really do help me get off to sleep. I have to take 4 for it to effect me. But then that's me with medication. I have to always take a strong dose. It's good value for money and desolves quickly under your tongue. The tate of oranges is that bad either. They are very small, so if eyesight isn't very good. You would need to wear your glasses encase you dropped them.

For manyyears I have been prescribed sleeping pills and found that it was very difficult to get going in the morning, as I was left feeling very sluggish and drowsy - even to the extent where I was dozing off during the day. It had got to the stage where I couldn't just fall asleep naturally without them. Eventually, I decided to break my 'addiction', which involved several sleepness nights. Then I found these flower melts and, whilst I couldn't see how just a few drops on the tongue could possibly help me sleep, they worked! It felt a bit strange just letting them dissolve on my tongue, but they had a pleasant taste I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed without any of the old 'brain fog' which had afflicted me for so many years. They are now my regular bedtime medication - all natural too. I even drift off to sleep without any sleeping aids, so they have definitely cured my addiction to prescription sleeping pills!

Iv always used Rescue Remedy liquid dropper for yrs and always found it worked for me so decided to try these capsules but they are so tiny when placed on the tongue they hardly leave any liquid at all, you need a least 4 to get same amount on your tongue as one drop from dropper, total waste of my money and would not recommend at all !!

These really work!! I have tried just about everything and was introduced to these by a dear friend. Was very sceptical about taking something that was just herbal but wow! I drift off easy and wake up alert and ready for the day with a spring in my step. Now I tell everyone I can about my little sleep secret.

Not addicting

I like them. I think they help with sleep… but I cannot guarantee it. If so, it doesn’t work 100% of the time but I still buy them for the times it magically seems to help. I sometimes take two. I do think they’re expensive for what they are.
