Outstanding collection of military music
There is a full hour of rousing military music on this disk of regimental marches of 46 regiments. The Band of the Coldstream Guards does an outstand job of rendering these selections. It is interesting to see what tunes the various regiments pick for their regimental march. The Royal Army Veterinary Corps has "Drink Puppy, Drink" While the Army Catering Corps uses "Sugar and Spice" and "The Roast Beef of Old England".It is great music for hiking or walking.

Just what I had been wanting!
I bought this CD to use as I work-out on my stationary bike every morning. The beat of the music is not too fast and helps me to keep a good, steady pace. The choice of pieces is excellent and the quality of the recording is very good, too.

It doesn't get better than this
It doesn't get better than this. The Coldstream Guards have a great band, the sound, while not quite state of the art is just fine. If you like this music, this compilation along with Vol. 1 is just the ticket.

Ckassic British marches
When I am in my marches mood, this has become one of my favorite albums. The British military mand sound is refined and the marches well written - a pleasure to listen to.

Wonderful
I bought this for my 87 year old father to use while on the treadmill. He loves it! He was an officer in the Navy.

Regimental Marches of the British Army Vol 1 and 2
This is an excellent disk of marches, but I was a little disappointed when I compared it to my original collection of marches with the same title, recorded on cassette tapes which has the marches of every regiment active at the outbreak of war in 1939, This CD has far fewer marches (even taking into account both volumes.
