I bought this earring because I thought it was going to be super cute in my daith. It was cute while it lasted. It’s been giving me an issue for the past couple weeks and I didn’t know why. I pin the earring out today and put in my hood ole reliable titanium hoop. Turns out my ear was super red and swollen from the supposed “surgical steel”. My butterfly is completely silver with absolutely no blue paint, resin, whatever left on it. And the butterfly is turning green! I will not be buying any jewelry from this company again.

Overall, nice jewelry. The horseshoe is on the smaller side but I don’t mind that kind of fit. The only issue I had was that neither of the butterflies were lined up at all evenly for anyone to see them when wearing this jewelry.

I am allergic to titanium, sterling silver and custom jewelry but these are surgical steel works great. Where my ear was swollen from the titanium imminently went down. Great value!!
