Results are stunning
Used this on a restoration project - old Victoria fireplace. Good size and ornate - the hard work was really the stripping of 30+ years of paint by previous owners. But afterwards this product made it all worth while. Brought out the details and gave the fireplace an amazing finish! Would definitely use it again. Easy to apply, used soft cloth and small toothbrush in ornate areas. No real smell, and after going over with a clean cloth, no residue.

It's good, but....
Gives you a gorgeous pewter effect, not a black coating. It's incredibly messy if you use it on uneven surface (I have a small fireplace with pattern, grills etc...). But, my friend comments it every time he is around, and I had to share with him the product details!

My stove looks new again!
I've never bought anything to make my stove look new again before. My parents used to use something called Zebrite on stoves when I was a kid so knew it needed doing. Couldn't find that brand but I have a Stovax stove so this seemed like a good option. The reviews were a bit mixed but went for it. No need to worry. It was really easy to apply (I used an old sock on my hand with a sheet of kitchen roll inside) rubbed a few pea sized blobs on and it came out great. I'd say give the tube a shake before opening. It was quite runny at first which I wasn't expecting but a quick shake made it more consistent. As you can see form my photos, it looks great now. The before photo is a bit more exposed but you can clearly see how much better it looks after a 5 minute make over.

Quality polish smooth soft texture
Superb product, does the job even on the stove (only when cold) NB… gloves a must & plenty of ventilation!

Very good product.
It's actually really good stuff this, easy to use being in a tube and a little does go a long way. Don't think this is a stove black though, as others have said it's a graphite finish. The packaging is a little conflicting to be fair as black and graphite are two different things. I personally think I prefer this finish, I've included a few pictures. The first couple should be this product which gives a nice finish with a sheen. The others are another good product which is the dirtbusters stove polish, also very good but as you can see it's a matt black look which is also nice. I think I prefer this product, remains to be seen how long it lasts before it needs re applying. Thumbs up though it's very good value.

Brilliant results
This is a fantastic product which transforms the appearance of well used wood burners. Gives a very smart graphite finish. Lots of hazard warnings on tube, you need to wear gloves when applying and apparently it is highly flammable, which is surprising considering what it is used for! I left it to dry for 24 hrs before lighting the wood burner and it was fine, though it does smoke and smell a little the first time you light it after use.

Appears to have worked well on my stove
To cover a small area of bare metal on my yeoman wood burning stove door, and it appears to have worked, but will apply a bit more when I get chance just to seal it completely.
