Seraph of the End, Vol. 1: Vampire Reign (Volume 1)

I'm one of those who usually watch the anime before reading the manga because I don't want to pay for something if I don't like the free form. I really enjoyed the anime of this manga and I really enjoy the manga too! it came with a poster which I loved as I love to collect posters. the quality of the book is great too!

The book itself is very tongue-in-cheek, with a intricate storyline and characters that you can really feel for and relate to. The main characters delicate frame of mind is strained and put to the test as he struggles to make friends when all he wants to do is avenge his family. It is also good to see the snippets of Yu's supposedly dead 'brother', Mika at the end of the book.All in all, I am more than satisfied with this purchase and I will be ordering the rest of the series very soon :) xo

These books are so worth the price. I'd already watched the anime so I thought I'd just go ahead and buy them because if the anime is good then I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. The story and characters are great. Lately, I've been looking for some more manga and anime that isn't all school life romance and such but is still relatively cute and this is perfect. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I found that they had cute little posters inside them~! They arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Awesome start to an interesting story. Book quality is nice but mine sadly came with a crease. To be expected considering it's not a new series I suppose.

I like the little illustration that is included in the manga, very cool.
