I have been taking this for 6 months, I waited to write a review to see where my lipids stood with the next bloodwork. Previously everything was higher than it should be for my health, I refused to go on a statin. I had my blood work done yesterday, to my surprise everything had dropped to within normal, to low And to acceptable range. I guess it is doing what it is supposed to and I am thrilled! I will stay either way it%….a very happy camper here!

I don't know if it's useful or not because I couldn't use it long enough to rate its efficacy. However, it DOES cause arm bruising, so if you're susceptible, avoid using. I didn't follow my own advice; I should have researched its bruising reactions before I bought it.
