WYNNS 1831051 64505 Power Steering Stop Leak 125 ml

Had a leak somewhere withing the fluid flow of the power steering, dropping oil near parts that could cause further expensive issues. This issue alone for my car could have been expensive had it not been for this solution.I know of such chemicals for all sorts, but never used them or needed to until now.I followed the instructions, dispensed the somewhat viscous oil into the PAS bottle and let ot do its job as I monitored it for a few days. Many weeks later, no leaks! No oil leaks that I can see and also because the PAS oil reservoir has not dipped. Initially I would be able to tell as the steering control would start to stiffen up but it's been normal. I assume its useful for small/to very small holes according from my read up.Skepticism that pays off, though how long it lasts not sure. Great overall saving for now.

Quick delivery and did the job

I recently bought an old Volvo D5 estate as a second car.The power steering used to judder and was noisy when the oil was warm when parking the car.I almost bought a new power steering pump but decided to give this stuff a try first.I fired a full tube into the power steering reservoir and it cured both the juddering and the noise straight away, it's transformed the steering on the car.Highly Recommended.

As above this stopped a slight sweat on my old TT PS system. Satisfied.

this product would probably work in some applications but did not work for me. Will be sticking to Lucas in the future

Did absolutely nothing for the leak . Waste of money in my opinion

Does the job great product

Ended up pouring almost the entire tube into the system. Didn’t stop the leak granted it was leaking for some time. But maybe if I noticed the leak just as it started then It might of helped with fixing the issue. However compared to a potential £800 steering rack change from the local garage, it is worth the £10 gamble as a temporary fix but isn’t guaranteed to fix your issue permanently
