I tried 5 and this is the best
This Bluetooth transmitter/receiver is my 5th from Amazon. The first one simply quit and Amazon closed the case before I could even communicate with the vendor (who never communicated with me as to how to settle my complaint). The second offered a refund but nothing yet. I bet Amazon drops the ball on my behalf again. I have kept the remaining three. This one has the most dependable long-range with good sound. The other two are room-to-room, same-floor transmitters. I may give them as gifts.I am a walk-around, inside and outside, upstairs and down in the basement, Iistening to music from the music channel on my TV kind of guy. I recommend this unit from this seller.

Device to use wired audio analog via Bluetooth either A) output (Rx mode) or B) input (Tx mode)
The terms used for this device confuse. "Transmission Mode" DOES NOT REFER to Bluetooth signal direction, but to the intended audio equipment type:1. "Reception Mode". This converts Bluetooth DIGITAL signals from a PC, radio receiver or music player into ANALOG signals passed to a WIRED speaker or headphone set.2. "Transmission Mode". This has two "sub modes". The first submode converts ANALOG sound from a WIRED analog radio or microphone into a Bluetooth DIGITAL signal. The second submode converts a DIGITAL over USB signal into a wireless Bluetooth one. To switch between the Analog input and the Digital USB input, you press and hold the [Play/Stop] button for a while.NOTE: The included manual also has a key error since both modes are written as "Transmission mode", which is incorrect; one of them should be "Reception mode".-------------------------------------------So, it basically allows you to connect wired audio equipment to Bluetooth audio equipment. You have to manually switch between "modes", and instructions and terms are confusing. However, it functions well, and worth the money if its price is much lower than simply replacing your analog, wired audio equipment with Bluetooth wireless ones/

Works as expected. Best feature is USB SD port that can transmit music to BT speaker. Easily move your mp3 music to various BT speakers.

Simple installation
It seems the sound being transmitted to my bluetooth speaker from my TV has a slight delay, so the lip movement and the words aren't in sync. Don't know if it's from the tv or the transmitter, but makes tv hard to watch. May have to wire it. Sure hope not.

Poor sound quality
It can be loud but the quality over higher volumes is pretty bad. Keeps a signal ok but not great
