Yes, this is hands down the best paper I've found for alcohol based markers. I use Copics and this paper is a dream come true. I've tried dozens and dozens of brands and types of paper, and nothing else comes close.

Can the pages be easily ripped/torn out? I like to be able to display my individual drawings, so I need to be able to remove pages without them ripping. Are they easily removable/do they have any kind of perforation?

They do sell spiral bound versions of these sketchbooks which you can remove the pages from and just cut down the edge. For anyone who needs or wants to display individual pages of artwork, that's probably their best bet.
