I bought 12 for a home theater and I am very pleased with the quality and customer service. They are high end and quite comfortable. We have had numerous compliments on them!

We looked at a lot of chairs to outfit our movie room and decided these were the ones to go with. We have been so happy with them. There were a couple hiccups with shipping, but they were rectified almost immediately by the stellar customer service that was provided. There was communication throughout and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how things were handled.If you are looking for faux leather movie chairs, these are a great go-to.

Furniture arrived in tact and as described by the seller. Everything appears to be well made with the hand stitching and the durability of the mechanical parts will be tested by regular use over the coming months/years to see how the upholstery holds up. The set-up was a little bit of a challenge, inserting the armrests takes (2) people but otherwise went together fairly quickly. The seat and back are stitched in a diamond pattern and have adequate foam padding that makes each chair comfortable. The armrests have USB charging ports and a standard three prong receptacle that are handy.

I love love love the chairs! The look and comfort that was the best part! I needed these to update my movie room and they are the perfect fit! I appreciate the sellers communication as well and they were very helpful and responsive

They were a gift from my sister for Mother's day. They arrived when my apartment was being remodel could not open and setup until 2wks later. Didn't know it was only a 30 day return window. Put together to use, recliner tilts and feels like it's going to tilt over when you're reclining back. Can't sit down to long because it becomes uncomfortable. This seems like it's a bad set, want to give company the opportunity to make things right, but they're are not listening and neither is Amazon. I really feel bad that my sister wasted her money trying to do something good for me. 1200 hundred dollars is a lot and 30 days is not enough time. So hurt and disappointed in the Company and Amazon..

Just love these recliners if your on the fence about buying them do it so comfortable.We had problems with the shipping 1 set went to my neighbors customer service was awesome was going to replace everything but we found them thank goodness for honest neighbors.

These chairs do look nice. The price paid was a good value for what was spent. They look great in our family room. The quality difference in more expensive chairs is shown in the amount of padding in the arms and console. The consoles are hard, especially compared to previous furniture I have purchased. I would recommend. We are enjoying them.
