The Lord of The Rings: Boromir Action Figure

The sculpt and attention to detail is immaculate. It bears an uncanny resemblance to Sean Bean, and the accessories are very well made. With that being said, you cannot attach his sheath to his belt, nor his dagger. Also, his shield does not have a sling to throw around his back, and the horn has a very short piece of rope. Nothing a little bit of customization can't fix! I used pleather, paint, wire and buckles to easily fix these issues! Also threw a bit of better material chainmail on his arms to spruce him up

Impeccable attention to detail on everything! Looks like the actor and everyone’s pictures that’s purchased before me. The package wasn’t damaged and had all the detailed accessories. The dagger sheath doesn’t have an opening for it in for the dagger but everything else is great!

Wonderfull figure, a 'must have' that adds much to the ongoing collection. Excellent details, marvellous quality. The movements are a little stiff, but although this is called an 'action figure', I collect it to expose and not to perform any 'action' or play with it. Therefore, it is perfect, as are all the other figures in this amazing collection.

Nice sculpt and paint. Decent articulation. Can't sheath the knife or attach the sheath to the fig. But all in all pretty nice.

Most of the accessories that come with him can’t even be put on him similar to the Aragorn figure. It’s nice to have the accessories, but to me it kinda defeats the purpose if they’re just laying on the ground. Very detailed paint and sculpt though.

Boromir is well sculpted and is well balanced. He stands up very well. He holds his accessories well. Can't say all that for the rest of the line so far. I had to knock off a star because Diamond Select continues to make poor decisions. In this case, Bormire has two weapons--a sword and a dagger--each with scabbards that DO NOT ATTACH to the figure in any way. And in the case of the dagger, the scabbard is solid--the dagger doesn't go inside it. Makes no sense at all. Also, the handle inside the shield is VERY flimsy/fragile. Be careful with it. It looks and feels like it will easily break if you mess with it much.

This is nice looking but it feels incomplete. The dagger and sheath don’t even work. You have a nice sword and sheath but no way to hang it from his belt. The likeness is good and the paint apps are good for the most part.

This figure is decent in articulation but that is about it. How can you have a Boromir figure and not have any place to store his accessories on him. No string to put his shield on his back or a hook on his belt for his sheath and sword. We need a new company to get the LotR license.
