It’s expertly formulated with 2000mg Myo-inositol per daily dose, plus additional vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin D, Magnesium and botanicals to boost your energy, lift your mood and help you feel more like you again. All our new supplements have been designed to be taken in conjunction with the Myoplus if you feel you need a higher daily intake of myo-inositol. You can take 2 tablets a day of our Myoplus supplement in conjunction with the recommended daily dose of either the Metabolism, Preconception, Hair Skin and Nails or Balance. So, to confirm that’s the recommended dose of 4 tablets of one of our new supplements a day, plus 2 tablets of Myoplus a day. This will give you a 4000mg daily intake of myo-inositol. It is also possible to combine Balance, Metabolism and Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommend not to exceed mixing two supplements at the same time. Taking Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.
