Excellent
Excellent knife, well made, balanced and strong. Ideal for at home kitchen. I'm no chef or expert in knives but it's a pretty good buy. Will have to see how it goes over the next few months. It is very sharp but comes in a strong box for protection.

Excellent knife.
I am a retired chef of 70 years old and have been in the business since I was 16 so I know a few things about knives. I was very skepticle at first when I purchased this knife but when it arrived I was delighted to se how well it was packaged. The kife itself looks to be well ballanced and well made, just not sure of rhe rockwell hardness of it. Most professional knives have a rockwell hardness between 50 an4 60 ,50 being the softest mettal wich is easy to sharpen but blunts easy, 60+ is harder to sharpen but keeps the fine edge longer. I ave asked the manufacturers but still waiting an answer. Be careful when you take the knife from the package as it is very sharp. I would say that this knife is more than suitible for home use only so on that I give it 10/10..

balanced and refined
Been using this a while now, and it's quite treasured in my kitchen. I spent hours looking for a decent all-round knife for the kitchen, and was ready to spend far much more than this knife cost me.Pro's:- Forged from good steel that keeps a good edge, but still retains some flex in the blade- A well-indexed handle that allows a good solid grip while pinching the blade, or when grasping it more firmly for heavier work- A full tang that terminates in a flush pommel, giving excellent strength and balance.- A good weight, but still feels pretty nimble thanks to the overall design and shallow bellyCon's:- My only gripe is that I can see the microscopically shallow machining etched on the blade during the finishing phase of manufacturing, where I'd prefer it was polished-out, like the exposed parts of the tang/pommel were.I know the etching is a deliberate design statement, but I think the quality of the knife allows for a bit more refinement.

Good little knife but definitely needs a sharpen
This knife arrived nicely and on time. It’s good quality steel but it arrived a bit duller than I like, once sharpened it’s slicing through fruit and veg with ease !Great value for money for students or people on a tight budget and starting off.Easy to use and I like the handle.

Great knife
This is a very good knife. Have really enjoyed it. The quality feels very goodAs long as you dry it properly before storing, it should last you for long. It is sharp and smooth. Very easy to use. Makes cooking faster and more enjoyable.

8" Chefs knife
I purchased this knife on a whim fully expecting it to be modest at best ( due to the price ) upon taking it out of the box I was so impressed by the fit and finish, the handle fits well into my hand with no rough or sharp edges. The knife is well balanced for me with a well polished blade, I am not concerned with sharpness as I can always fix that but it does appear pretty sharp.I think it fair to say I was blown away by the quality for the money, this is good value on steroids !! I will be buying more products from this company.

Poor quality control
The knife is heavy and sharp. I would be happy with it if it were not for the marks on the knife that make it look cheap and damaged. The box that it came in was also very nice.
