Good quality item : as described
Buy quality - Buy once. This is what I usually try to achieve and this product is another good quality product from Stanley. A little expensive but buying cheap is usually a false economy. I normally find I get what I pay for.Good weight and generally a nice grip with sharp cutting face. As long as I use the tool for what is designed for (cutting wire and nothing else) like removing nails from fence posts then this item should last me a lifetime.

Reasonable
It's possible that mine were a Friday afternoon pair, but I a was not that impressed. The jaws are a little stiff and not that well machined. Good enough, but considering the price, I would have expected better.They are also quite small.Recommended, with some reservation. I am sure there are probably better value ones out there somewhere.

These are every bot as good as the more expensive knipex etc
Sharp. Fully closed beaks, unlike a lot of snips. These are every bot as good as the more expensive knipex etc. Professional quality and im sure will last as long as my cherished knipex that id had for 20 years until they were pinched.

Probably during a strike....It is sharp but small gap on top of snips.It's becoming more apparent that you get what you pay for. Not too bothered , as I need it to cut some upvc window seals ( scissors to cumbersome) and it does the job, but if needed for what it is intended for look somewhere else.
