I am really impressed with the workmanship on this simple solid wood display.It's sanded to perfection in preparation for the thin satin varnish coating, whichmakes the wood grains "pop". Great job!

I have a Moto G power phone with a standard case that is neither thick nor thin however, it does not fit. The slots are measured at 9 and 12mm exactly whereas they are stated to be 10 and 13mm but I would need right at 15mm as my case is 14.8mm thick. So if and when I get around to cleaning out the garage to get the table saw out and either add 3mm to the wide slot or just get the dado blade and cut a new slot into it then I will be happy.This is mostly my fault for not measuring my phone beforehand but if I had a 13mm phone then I would be more unhappy. I do have a suggestion, make the slots wider by a few mm and include some 1.0mm thick self adhesive plastic strips wherein one can make it fit anything.

Great compact phone stand for work desk

This little phone stand is perfect for my daughter's phone. She has a silicone case that she loves, but it doesn't include a stand of any kind. She likes to watch her phone while she eats, and we needed a stand to prop it upright. This does the trick beautifully! It's got just the right amount of weight to not tip over with the phone inside it. And it's simplistic wooden design blends in with any decor. I much prefer this one to some of the other cheaper-looking stands or ones that had a more industrial feel.
