Strap broken after a few weeks

Got this for start of school termSon loves itBig bag serves as his school bag (high school yr10)We were hoping the smaller bag would serve as pe bag or lunch bag but isn't big enough. He uses the smaller bag for phone and drink when he's out with friends

Took much too long to arrive. Was stated it was English sales and when I contacted them to find out why it hadn’t arrived I was told oh that item is coming from our Chineese factory. So how can they get away with stating English sale

Not much quality, there's no inner sections, it doesn't feel very durable. The lunch bag is just the same, which you can't take the shoulder strap off. Disappointing really.
