Best for Recovery and sleep
Great product act like it should be. Terrific work for deep sleep as well . One serving in water 1hr before bed. Consume enough water 2 hour before to avoid dryness of throat at night. Taste sweet like sugar. Value for money. Dissolve well in water as well. I would recommend this product for everyone.

One of the underrated supplement.
I ordered it for my sleep. Works very well for me. Just take 1-2 scoop in water 30 mins before going to bed.

Poor quality dangerous , After dissolving, coagulation of chemical powder floating on surface found
Have consumed Glycine for months but this product is of the poorest quality encountered so far. Glycine is known for High solubility in water (25gram per 100ml @25C) So dissolving 2.5Gram Glycine powder should happen very easily, with no residue. (FSSAI allows like 2.2% anticaking agent, so about 0.05gram of anticaking powder! neglibile amount is allowed) Had manufacture really added pure Glycine and govt limit amount of anticaking agent, then this powder should have dissolved in water. But when tested with 2.5gram of this powder in water with gentle stir and leave aside for 25 minutes, White spheres of some chemical are floating on water surface!! taste as well is Bitter when compared to other Glycine powders!! Save your health, this product is of definitely poor quality and so is dangerous to health. Stay safe and look for other products in Amazon rather than this abysmally low quality chemical product
