I love these peppers, and all the different flavors I've ordered from this company. The dried peppers are more leathery than papery. They smell amazing and taste even better.

I love to make birria tacos and use guajillo peppers to help season the steak. I typically get mild peppers, but this time I went for spicy and THEY ARE SPICY 🔥. We love spicy foods, so it was enjoyable. You get a lot for what you pay (will last for a while). They are dried well, so it's easy to discard the seeds.

I've ordered chiles from Ole Rico for a while now. They are always in great condition and still leathery and flexible, as they should be! I've made pasole with the guajillo chiles many times and they're perfect and full of flavor. I would recommend this company to anyone especially since Fatima personally contacts her customers and is interested in what they are making with her chiles!I recently recieved a coupon in my last purchase for a free sample of chiles to try. I chose pasilla chiles and just got them in. Perfect condition and nice and flexible! I can't wait to try them.

Peppers are fine; just a little disappointing that the shipping cost as much as the product.

Needed these for a last minute recipe so ordered them quickly. They arrived next day and were a great quality. Way more peppers in package than I anticipated so for the money I can make this recipe 4 times over. Color, quality and packaging all high end. Would order from this supplier without hesitation.

We had another brand before. They were OK, but I really like these much better! They aren't quite as hard/dry. (Fresher?) When you cook them, they produce more "meat" to be squeezed out of the inside and mixed into the food. (I haven't put them in the blender yet after reconstituting, like they show on TV.) They have lots of taste, but they aren't so hot that I can't eat them. I will definitely find this brand again.
