I’m always skeptical about luminescent dials, and was about this. That was not the selling point, as this clock sits on a wall that has enough light, even at night, to read the dial. I like the dial, with large hands and indices. However, the glow in the dark still works. Maybe because the clock is exposed to natural light almost all daylight hours. Clock's accurate, and a good deal for the price. I’d recommend it.

Great. Large numbers, glows

Works perfectly for our bedroom. As with all these glow in the dark "gadgets", they need some "charging" time from the room light. When I'm going to bed it illuminates beautifully. If I get up at night it's still lit. After the "initial full charge" once purchased, it charges adequately with the room light on for about 1-2 hours.

I purchased 2 of these for my garage. One stopped working the same day I put it. The other is doing fine. Also, they do night illuminate very well. I can’t see the working one in the dark . This product is a waste of money!!!!

i originally bought this clock because the thumbnail image portrays the clear plastic face to be convex however the product face is flat. the function is working like a clock and on time. i have the clock facing a bright window and it receives a fair amount of sun however if you dont shrine direct sunlight on it or have a light pointed on it constantly the glow luminescence is faint, which is expected like most glow in the dark elements function. if you are looking for a glow in the dark clock that has no sound looks normal and functions well, this is your clock. have a great time, pun intended.

Clean design with enclosure, glowing, ez to read numerals. Simple 1 AA battery operation. I threw away the fancy digital wallclock that was never right that it replaced. Perfect for my shop/garage.

The only way this illuminates like the picture shows it to place the clock where it will get direct sunlight. I have mine in my home office where just the natural house light and at times a ceiling fan light will be on. It barely glows green. It is nice looking and does keep the time.

A great clock that does shine in the dark. Battery operated. Although, initially you need to have in bright area for a while before it starts to shine in the dark on its own.

The wall clock was delivered in time, but the clock is not working due to parts separately came in the box. Three times time was changed with new battery but it is not working. Return policy accepted but today he hasn't came for getting the clock.
