are they meant to have 2 support bars per parcel? bought 2 of these and only had one support bar per package so smaller dishes dont sit straight

Ive bought two of these, both came with 2 support bars, contact the seller, Im sure they will send you one.

if this is a water bain marie how do you safely drain the water withought a tap
