I wanted to buy a tutorial book on how to create Manga characters for my Sister who is a very creative 47yr old lady. Being heavily involved within the Art and creativity circles myself, I'm fortunate to have the opportunity of speaking to a respected Manga and Anim Artist, who immediately advised this publication. It's only been less than a week since Christmas 2023 and my sister has already started reading the book and found it extremely helpful. Possibly one of the most useful books I've ever bought for her.

Very good for my first time

12 year old granddaughter loved this art book.

The media could not be loaded. What I like about this book is that it has large print and pictures. What I don't like is that it doesn't explain even the basics of the shape of a skull and how to draw it from the manga. It has very little Few options in drawing eyes and eyebrows. I bought this and another manga book for Hiroyuki Sengoku (manga university)which is much more comple. but this book covers several topics so it's good. I just wish there was more detail when drawing eyes or noses in other perspectives. I like that you give drawing tips on graphic tablet.
