Q: What is the difference between these mens glasses and the womens equivilent

I don't think there is one, when I bought them they said they were unisex. I think the listing has changed by my girlfriend and I share them in the car and they look good on male and female faces in my opinion.

About 45mm - a bit too big for me :(

Q: Where can I buy better quality glasses? Is the price cheap?

Very good quality for the price. Some cheaper frames crack within a short space of time, these are robustly made, but light in weight.
