Bought this as needed a med cooler bag fo rsome eye drops I have to take, great price and the quality is fantastic, nice and small enough for my work backpack. Nice internal pockets I can see why for functionality those who are diabetic may use one of these. My only sligfht gripe is the cooler gel packs though left in freezer all night dont last as long as I'd like, but this is a minor as I can keep this in a fridge during my working day.

For someone like me who has diabetes only in pregnancy is good cheap chase for travel to take insulin pen . With this packed was two freezeble pads I use only one as is more than enough for I insulin pen .
