Arrived quickly. It says keep refrigerated but how do you know if it has gone off? Keep mine in the fridge but not noticed any benefits yet after a month so early days I guess?

Great quality product.
Took a little while to arrive, I normally purchase directly from Hilltop Honey but took advantage of an Amazon discount. Really well packaged, and a great product...I take this as a wholefood source of B vitamins (it contains them all except B12).
