After reading LOTS of reviews we decided to go ahead and order the sofa and 2 recliner chairs.Yes you have to assemble but it isn't hard but some people may need a second set of hands to more comfortably set it up and the boxes are labels over 70 lbs so be aware of thatWe are short people so one part of my research was to Google best recliners for short people and this recliner was on that list. This is a good size for shorter people.The material is very nice, soft and looks great. I choose this leather instead of fabric because of spills and I have already had to clean up after myself and it was super easy with a damp cloth.The mechanism to release the footrest is different than I have ever seen but works well.The massage/heat is really nice. Not equal to a literal massage and hot river rocks but feels good and does heat well.I would definitely recommend and I would buy them again. I consider the set a great value

Easy to assemble but after having the couch for over a year I can say that because the couch is assembled after delivery it is a lot more fragile than a couch bought fully assembled because the pints where the couch is put together specifically in the middle where the two recliners are brought together is not as secure as it would be pre assembled and the pull mechanism on one side has broke but I will say that is partially due to the fact it is my husband's side of the couch and he is hard on everything. Just doesn't seem to know his own strength even at the ripe old age of 50. But mostly just the continued reclining of the chairs has caused the spot where they come together to have strat he's out and is not as smug so now I have to retrieve things like eye glasses and remotes from under the couch on the daily. Final thought though is that the fact that it is delivered and saves the hassle of needing a truck or paying a additional fee to be delivered locally and the price for a beautiful couch that works as well as it does is hands down 100% worth it. I just suggest you be easier on it than my husband has been. Pull gently on the reclining handles and lean back easy and steady not roughly with uneeded force when reclining and it should work great and last a few good years for you. Was a great purchase will definitely buy again when the time comes!

Very easy to put together, very comfortable and sleek. Goes perfect with my livingroom and the massager in the recliner chair is AWESOME

Update supposedly they are sending the other piece to the sofa which is the middle part. However as I stated before all you do is place the chairs next to each other to make sofa or love seat they do not attach . Now the next issue is after only having the recliner a day it won’t recline ! Of course the company has a million questions before they will help pics and videos etc . Don’t waste your money worst purchase ever . I ordered a couch and recliner chair and received a recliner and love seat . I paid way more for a couch and recliner . Yet to hear from company about this . Also the love seat that I didn’t order does not hook together you have to just set two chairs side by side . I want the couch I ordered . Especially since I paid more money for the couch than the loveseat is priced at .

This is nothing that will last you long term or if you have a lot of traffic on it or kids. I wouldn’t purchase. I’d say average size person. I wouldn’t purchase if I were tall either. The cup holders are cheap and don’t trust putting something in them without a lid. They are short about a cup size deep. The color and feel is nice, easy to put together, read the instructions cuz the arm of this is strange and the pillows on the arm are cheap as well. It’s serving it’s purpose for a cheap reclining loveseat for my camper but probably wouldn’t purchase again.

Not bad didn’t know we had to put it together but didn’t take long and it’s pretty comfy and reclines almost flat
