Q: Do we use this with sunscreen?

I use factor 15 in hot climates first, then, say, factor 6 before the original. I use the original in the UK on sunny Spring, early summer days. However, it may be worth using a sun cream factor 6, 8 to 15 as well as original oil depending on your skin type.

Q: I'm assuming this can be used easily on top of an SPF sun protector regardless of whether you're already tanned or not?

Zero. Straight coconut oil with a darkening agent. Only use if you already have a good base colour.
