Ok product Except Battery
Everything is Ok except Battery and Sound.Cons:1. Battery Backup is Not Good it is having 50whrs battery capacity with less power consuming Intel U series processor which is 15W (TDP) gives only 4hrs Battery Backup in normal Usage.2. Sound is Bit Slow (This is can be Adjustable)And Acer Customer support is Average Delay in Support.3. Privacy Shutter Camera is important but it was not there.Pros :Acer Build Quality is Good and able to open in one hand.Consider Buying Asus Vivobook 16x Ryzen 5 5600H laptop if you need more Battery Backup.

Working well. Beware of MS Office!
The laptop works fine. The MS Office offer is misleading. It's free only for the trial period. You need to purchase that separately.
