Does exactly what it's supposed to, I take this to help blood flow for numerous reasons.. it helps you go that little further with workouts and such. I usually mix a tea spoonful into a glass of water, taste isn't the greatest but most certainly not the worst when it comes to mixing into water!

As they say in life, every bit helps, As we age the blood does not get to all parts of the body like it did when young,so we need to take supplements to help the circulation and this is what L-Arginine does, it makes you stronger and more up and ready to go. I will buy more!!

Buying this was a good idea. I like to take 5000mg of L-Arginine daily, which in tablet form means 5 somewhat large and hard to swallow 1g pills. But in powder form it's easy and in future i'll be looking for powder versions of big pill supplements

Well, if ghastly taste is what you seek, your search has ended. I mix this powder with other ingredients and it tastes even worse! But, it is supposed to support blood flow, so here I am. This seemed the best value for the money.

It seems to work better then the tablets for blood pressure. Compared to another brand we've used, it tastes much worse but dissolves better then the other brand. The taste is so horrible that there is no way to describe it!!

If you are an older person you need to stay away from Arginine. I started taking about a month ago, half the dose only on my 3 workout days. The side of my scalp started hurting, I had a slight fever, fatigue, and a swollen neck lymph node. Found out it is Shingles which Arginine can trigger. Supposedly you can keep this from happening if you also take Lysine but it is best just not to take it and go with L-Citrulline instead.
