The Bach flower bottle is good and sealed . But the outer package looks old and torn and the bottle has come out of it which is completely unsafe as the glass bottle might have broken if I hadn’t noticed on time! The packaging should be proper and boxed (not sent in a simple thin bubble pack ) these precious healing flower essences are worth a very safe careful packing. Please make sure of that

As a beginner with the BACH flower essences, I was amazed when I tried this particular flower essence for forgiveness. Having forgiven everybody else, have been struggling with forgiving myself as a young child for participating in outrageous abuse. No it doesn’t make sense, yes I have been in therapy, and it’s not rational. Upon using this product for the very first time I found a great weight lifted and a sense of not belonging to the behaviors of other people. The relief was almost immediate. However it is temporary. So you need to keep working with whatever issue For however long it takes. I am thrilled with the results with this particular flower essence, and continue to use as the guilt subsides. BTW, this has not been my experience with many other of the flower essences however I can feel in my body a deeper relaxation and calmness unlike results of possibly a benzo or trazodone or gabapentin, or whatever poison they have given you for anxiety/relaxation. Somehow the calm relaxation gives a more grounded feeling with a clear head. Highly recommend BACH flower essences if you are into energy medicine. If you prefer big Pharma drugs, this will not be a good fit for you.
