Awesome camera system
Easy to install. Great quality recording. Night vision good quality also. 2 are wireless & have no issues. 2 are hard wired with no issues. Have good range on the wireless as 1 camera is a good 200-300ft away from the main box. Great storage keeps at least a months worth of recordings for 4 cameras at a time maybe more. Love this system!!!!

So far, so good.
Got these a little more than a year and a half, and still working great, no problems at all.Resolution is pretty good, and never had any problems with remote access.A little problem with getting them to work with Alexa Echo Show, but cameras firmware update and enabling Alexa access (not shown until firmware update) and problem solved.Bought extra cameras for other property, and even another system, and still very pleased with the product.Have not dealt with motion tracking a lot, so we really cannot tell about that function.Had a problem with the hard disk of the other system (10 in monitor kit), contacted Hiseeu support, they answered within two days, asked for some information, replaced the disk within three days, and the system is working fine again. This was not with this system, but tells good from Hiseeu.Highly recommended for a budget system.

Great video and features, wireless xmit/recv not reliable
This system replaced our Xfinity home cameras. We chose this one for the higher resolution cameras, and also for the PTZ cameras, and based on good reviews here on Amazon. The video and audio quality is quite good. The PTZ cameras are convenient, although in retrospect we should have ordered the cameras that automatically follow motion.Hardware setup is about as easy as it could possibly be. My only complaint was that the PTZ camera covers two of the screw holes in the base, so it's impossible to drive those screws straight. In fairness this isn't unique to Hisee cameras, we see this design oversight way too often these days. The bullet cameras are only adjustable vertically, thus always point straight ahead, perpendicular to the mount. This turned out to be a problem (the old Xfinity cameras were adjustable on both axes). We had to devise a little 'wedge' for one camera to get the angle right. Again in retrospect, we should have ordered all PTZ cameras. The software that comes installed the recorder has too many features to count. Again, there's virtually nothing to set up once you've got the internet connection. We never did learn all of it. The interface could be better (said the software developer specializing in UI/UX), but if you think a feature should be there it probably is, somewhere. The iPhone app is a bit more refined. My only complaint about that app is that it takes a bit long to load the event thumbnails. However it HAS thumbnails, which the recorder app lacks. On the other hand, the recorder app supports filtering by camera, which the iPhone app doesn't (or we never found it).The showstopper for us was reception. As shown in the photo, we could not get one of the cameras to reliably talk to the receiver/recorder. Even adding the external antenna (a nice extra) didn't seem to make much difference. Neither did moving the receiver closer, or adjusting the receiver antennas. The dropouts occur sporadically -- most of the time the camera works fine. But of course Murphy's Law guarantees that when something important happens out on the driveway, that camera will be down. And while that's the only camera that actually cuts out occasionally, at least one of the others 'hiccups', seeming to pause for a several seconds, then rushing to catch up with the current time. The bottom line is there's a lot to like and when the system is 100% it's pretty great in terms of video and audio quality, features, and bang for the buck. Since we're passed the return window we'll probably order a different camera for the one that's flaky. Even then, assuming a new camera fixes it, the Hisee system will be a bargain.

Great home security system
I have had this system installed in my home for about three months. I waited to make a review to make sure it was a long lasting system and so far it has been great. This product compares to the high end systems in quality and user interface. I use the ability to zoom and move the cameras often and do not have issues. It was very easy to install and setup as well as add additional cameras to the set up. If you are looking for a home camera system I recommend this one!

No access to system
First of all, I love this system. The video quality is amazing. The cameras function great.I have the console hooked up to a computer monitor and the picture is clear. When I first got the system, I downloaded the app and could monitor the cameras on my phone, tablet , etc. About six months later, while out of town, I wasn’t able to get access to the cameras through the app. When I returned home I tried to get into my account on the console and was denied. It was asking for a password. I had never set up a password or needed one before. I called and emailed customer service for a few months. The language barrier was a problem while on the phone so email worked better. The time difference was also a problem but not a deal breaker. Unfortunately, over a year later the issue has not been corrected. I have tried to reset to factory settings, have the password reset or removed. Nothing has worked. It still says I need a password and after three tries I am locked out for a period of time. Customer service is a joke, they read from a script and if what they say doesn’t work they just tell me to repeat the steps. At one point I was sent an override password (a bunch of numbers) that did not work. I am at the end of my rope with this. I have a very nice camera system that is useless because the company cannot or will not help fix the problem.
