Will this cut 40mm worktop using 30mm guide bush

is this a 1/4 shank or 1/2 shank as the description states both

I brought it a while ago and has since been thrown away but from memory I'm pretty sure it's 1/2" shank, don't think a 1/4" shank router would be man enough for this cutter. Hope this helps.
