When you first receive it’s wrapped up so the pipes might seem like it’s dented but once you fit it on and run hot water the pipes soften up. 2 plastic rings come in the pack, one is a spare, if you unscrew the shower head and place it between the pipe and shower head it stops the water leaking, as without when you turn the tap on the shower head leaks. The pipe is long and I have posted a video of the water running at low pressure and high, works perfectly on both and the tap plug ins don’t pop off. So happy I purchased this as I always need to wash down after a bath&mostly showers are easier.

First thing you need to know is it won't fit a large bath tap, not mine anyway. It fits smaller basin taps easily. The hose is 4 feet from shower end to where it branches into two for taps. I do use it and find it very useful however, because my basin is close to the bath and it reaches nicely from the basin taps. Conversely if you have large bath taps and your basin isn't close to the bath this device will not work for you. The shower head swivels, which is useful, but it does leak a bit from where the hose meets the shower head. Doesn't really matter because that join is in the bath - unless you plan to use it to wash your hair in the basin, in which case it'll probably wet the floor. The way I use it, from the basin taps into the bath works well. One small thing, when it first arrived it did has a strong plastic smell but that's faded a lot now. Anyway, overall I like it and find it useful.

I’m so surprised with these reviews. I purchased this item and from the get go it was leaking. I returned the item and order another one. After only a few weeks it’s already popping off the tap with the tap not even half way turned. Understandably it is cheap, but you’d at least expect it to work. I would not recommend.

After a few uses it starts leaking.. good enough for a couple uses but not long term.

I bought this to replace the current one that I have which I’ve had for a couple of years as the plastic at one of the ends had split which meant that water would leak out. It was also a Blue Canyon brand which is a trusted brand in terms of producing good quality products. This design is similar to my old one. Water does not leak out when inserting the two ends on both taps. It’s worth noting that this design only works on certain bath/sink tap designs. The picture I’ve uploaded shows the type of bath/sink tap design that this double tap shower hose will work on and doesn’t cause water to leak out when using it. If your tap design is different, then it may not fit securely. They are not made to last because when you use hot water it will gradually wear out the plastic and over time it will cause it to split, so you will need to replace it every couple of years or so. Also, limescale will build up especially if you live in a hard water area which can block up the nozzles, so you should clean the nozzles every now and then.

Water came out where it was connected to the taps and didn’t spray very well . Waste of time
