Build, Excite, Equip.: How to simplify change adoption in your projects

I often find as an IT Project Manager, the adoption of our software implementations never goes as smoothly as we'd hoped and long suspected our lack of effective change management was the culprit. Knowing nothing about the art of Change Management, I was pleased to be invited along to one of Nicola's webinars on simplifying change, which piqued my interest and led me to read this book. Well, I couldn't recommend this book enough. It's fantastic for those Project Managers looking to bring effective change management tools to their projects who likely don't have access to a dedicated Change Manager. This book provides a very pragmatic, real-world, simple, step-by-step guide on what to do and when, and is written in a fun, digestible format with no fancy jargon. The digital resources available (located via the QR codes found in the book) are invaluable. Highly recommend this book.

As a project manager I’ve recently been asked to help promote the project more to the business, we couldn’t resource a business change manager, it’s fair to say I didn’t really know where to start, this was recommended from LinkedIn, so I thought I’d give it a go. I haven’t finished it yet, but the build phase I’ve already started using! Can’t wait to finish it. If you’re in projects, this is one book that you won’t regret reading!

complete without being too heavy to read, I found this book and the BEE methodology especially interesting for people facing change management challenges without being Change Management professional themselves (members of leadership teams, consultants or PM driving projects for ex.). I clearly recommend it.

Enjoyed reading this as it was very well written. Great for staff motivation also :)

This book gave a fresh insight to how successful changes can be made within the workforce. A useful guide takes you through the process of change by raising self esteem and confidence. The seamless practical tools and process methods will ensure goals are always achieved.
