Fine, easy to cut.

I have used these bricks to line out a bbq I am building. Pleased with the 10 for less thn 35 quid. Went up well with fireproof cement. Easy to cut. I also screwed them onto breeze blocks after cementing to stop slippage. I then filled screw heads with fireproof cement. Pleased with blocks and easy to fit.

Needed to replace our firebricks in our our log stove, great quality and easy to cut and shape.

Bought these to pack out the fire box of my wood burner. I used 2 bricks on each side and that still gives plenty of room for logs. Certainly cuts down on the amount of wood I use an ensures all the wood gets fully ignited before trying to add another log. I had been having issues on opening the door to add wood. Wood at the side of the fire was smoldering. I could have opened the air vent but that would have meant too much heat in the room and more fuel consumption. The remaining bricks I stacked against the outside of the fire and use them as additional heat store.Anyway, well worth the money I think.

Used these to form the inside of a pizza oven, easily cut to shape and fit together well. Used a few times now in very hot temperatures and they are doing exactly what I hoped for. The outside of the brick oven is warm but not hot, good product.
